Role Overview
As a Designer at MotusOne, you will bring creative vision and innovation to our projects. As part of our team in MotusOne, you'll work in a HYBRID environment that fosters both in-person collaboration and flexibility. This is an exciting opportunity to influence dynamic campaigns and key client initiatives within a supportive and energetic setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling design concepts and visual assets for digital and print campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, strategy, and production to deliver impactful creative solutions.
- Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must have requirements
- UAE NATIONAL status (mandatory).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects and design skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
Nice to have requirements
- Previous experience working on the agency side, especially in marketing environments.
- Animation or motion graphics skills.
- UI/UX design experience.
- Knowledge of web and social media best practices.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar.
