Role Overview
As an HR Generalist at MotusOne, you will be responsible for supporting key HR functions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and driving HR initiatives that foster employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. As part of our team in MotusOne, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, collaborating directly with leadership and employees across the organization to create a strong, people-centric workplace.
Responsibilities
- Administer daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, HR policies, and company guidelines
- Manage HRMS and Bayzat platforms for efficient HR processes and reporting
- Support employee lifecycle activities and maintain accurate HR documentation
- Facilitate trainings, workshops, and employee engagement programs
- Administer payroll, leave management, and benefits in accordance with company policies
- Partner with management on workforce planning, retention, and organizational development
- Assess and improve HR processes for operational excellence
Must have requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in transport, logistics, or service industries
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance
- Proficiency in recruitment strategies, employee relations, and training facilitation
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and sound judgment
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Experience with Bayzat or other HRMS platforms
Nice to have requirements
- Experience with KSA payroll and knowledge of KSA labor laws
